Need a CIE? We Connect You with Certified Electricians.
Our network of registered instaladores autorizados covers the whole of Spain. We handle the coordination — you just provide the property details.
Why Use Our Network?
Fully Verified
Every electrician in our network holds current baja tensión authorisation registered with their autonomous community.
Full Documentation
Inspection, certificate issuance, and autonomous community registration — handled end to end by the same professional.
Fast Turnaround
Most residential inspections completed within days, not weeks. We chase the registration process on your behalf.
How It Works
Submit Your Details
Fill in the form or email us with your property address and CUPS number. No obligation quote provided.
We Match You
We identify the right electrician for your location and type of work and send them your details.
Inspection
The electrician visits your property, completes the inspection, and issues the CIE on site or shortly after.
Registered & Done
The CIE is registered with the autonomous community and submitted to your distributor. You are covered.
How Much Does the CIE Cost?
The inspection and certificate for a standard residential property typically costs between €70 and €300 depending on location and installer.
Upgrade works (new wiring, consumer unit, earthing improvements) are quoted separately if needed.

How long does the inspection take?
For a standard residential property, the site visit typically lasts under one hour. The full registration process — from inspection to distributor acceptance — usually takes 1–2 weeks.
Do you cover all of Spain?
Yes. We work with authorised electricians across all autonomous communities in Spain. Tell us your location and we will match you with the nearest available qualified professional.
What if my installation fails the inspection?
If the electrician finds deficiencies — such as outdated wiring or an inadequate consumer unit — they will provide a full quote for the necessary remedial work. Once the upgrades are completed, they will re-inspect and issue the CIE.
Can you handle solar CIE and RAIPRE registration together?
Yes. Our electricians handle both the CIE and the RAIPRE registration as part of a solar installation. We can also manage the full process for existing solar systems that need regularising.
